Therefore, it is no surprise that Fredrick soon developed a keen interest in creating warm and welcoming atmospheres that use quality food as bonding.

During the pandemic, he made his dream of disrupting the food service sector by offering a gourmet pizza experience to life and created Aqua e Grano.
